  Sherry (I hope that was her name) working the front counter at 11:30 am on 10/3 is awesome every time I come in. Always friendly and always makes you laugh. Keep this one.

  in case yall wanna pull records 9/30 around 8:50… i know it’s close to closing but making us sit in the drive thru cause you think we pulling off is diabolical. hunny ive had a day im finna get my lil #7 combo 😂😂😂😂

  Went through the drive through to get my wife a large iced coffee. I asked for light ice because jacks is a little heavy handed when it comes to ice. At the speaker she just goes “what’s your order”. Which by now we’re used to that type of service from fast food, especially in center point, I went ahead with my order. She says pull around. No price no nothing. I say thank you as I normally do, nothing from the speaker. I pull around. She just holds her hand out for payment and hands me my drink. Says have a good day. I thought that redeemed my experience but after getting home and my wife takes 3-4 sips she opens her cup and sees this. This was deliberate. God forbid a customer asks for light ice. Never going back there again.
