- HWHannah Ward2 days ago2.0Service is slow and not very nice. I go here often since I’ve moved to Hoover and it’s my least favorite Jacks

- BWBell WoodsSep 28, 20265.0I ate at the Hoover Jack’s on Lorna Road. All of the employees were so friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean and the food was delicious as always!
- M1Misst 1999Sep 25, 20261.0Ordered 3 meals. Chicken tenders dinner. Chicken tenders meal and a bacon burger meal. They pulled me down to wait to cook the chicken finger meal and the bacon burger meal but gave me hard cold chicken tenders and fries for the dinner. Like be for real that's just lazy......why even work there if you dont want to work. I ordered chicken fingers they put 4 nuggets in here and old fries and about 8 noodles in a bowl of macaroni......
