  Not great. Place wasn't packed, cashier was moving as if they couldn't care. 9 minutes to take 2 orders, then disappears and nobody else up front. Leave us hanging to wait more. Mgmt should look into incentive training for employees, motivate them to do better. Jacks is a first pick stop for me, not this one though.

  Always my favorite place to get fast food. Some stores a superior others are adequate. Jack's has the French fry and the chicken sandwich dperfectly.

  Went through the drive thru ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner (dark) with mashed potatoes and green beans. I received a 3 piece with a breast, wing, leg, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw! Took it back in to get it fixed the lady refused to acknowledge me she spoke to me through one of the employees. I ended up having to wait 30 mins for chicken because they had run out at 4 pm when a special was about to start. This is the chicken I received after waiting 30 mins. 0/10 do not recommend !

  This store is in close proximity to where I live. The store is always jumping and busy. This is one sign that they are a good store. They have a good variety of meals as well as specials. The shakes are good. I like the dinner choices too. And, the employees are very, very nice.

  My food was not so good the service was great your young lady in the Drive-Thru was very nice the atmosphere was a little overwhelming it was the middle of breakfast and your cashiers in a hurry because you got to store full of people and I'm 79 years old and had to be put in a wish rush the they left some of my food out the meal so back to the line so t Other 10 mins no offer to remake the food cold coffee I just left
