  Extremely disappointing. My son wanted a great steak for his high school graduation dinner. I took a party of 9. I should have just cooked at home but I trusted the brand. I don't want to get deep in details but I'll never go back and would encourage anyone reading to not rely on what Flemings "used to" be.

  My wife and I had our anniversary dinner at Fleming's in Birmingham on friday night. We have been there many times several Anniversaries, i actually think this was the best experience so far. Our stakes were incredible. The one was fantastic and the night was really special to both myself and my wife. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would, thank you.

  I took my family of 4 out for Mother’s Day.. we each got 1 entree and 2 appetizers and 2 sides and our bill was 612 dollars… not only that the waiter did the bare minimum. Had to ask for refills. Brought out wrong dishes to our table and didn’t ask us once if everything looked good and tasted good. After the meal, we are heading to the car and the waiter ran out saying we didn’t sign the receipt and leave a tip? I said sir did you look in the book? I clearly left the receipt and tip in the book and he said he ended up finding it.. waiter needs to be trained and learn to follow up with customers more. Don’t think I’ll be coming back again

  Not worth it....we understand food it may take longer, but it shouldn't be cooked at same time so it's served fresh, that is why I'm paying a premium...stake order medium arrived well done, scallops are perfect, bur risotto had dried crust on it....salmon dry...seebass perfect, but just the fish. Very disappointed experience.

  I hate to say it, but this visit was just not that good. Took a prospective employee here to try to entice them to change jobs. Food was just bad. Appetizer was cold, salads had either way too much or not enough dressing, steaks were totally meh, desserts were not good. Pretty sad, but my wife said "At least the green beans were good." $600 for 4 people with no alcohol and we're talking about green beans. Our server did his best, but the kitchen quality and timing was just awful. He even said so, the poor guy. There's a reason Bottega books out a month in advance and you can walk right in to Fleming's. Plan it out and visit one of the many excellent local restaurants Bham has to offer. Or skip this and go to Fleming's sister restaurant, Outback-if its mediocre you won't be as disappointed.
