- BBBJun 29, 20261.02nd time in Alabama as a trucker and the only time in life I’ve ever had terrible coffee from Dunkin. Her initial greeting was far from welcoming and friendly, she expressed not understanding how to make a coffee clearly and specifically explained. I’m a daily espresso drinker and she never brewed what I ordered nor the extra shot I paid for to go in my large drink. She turned her back to me so I’m not sure what she used as “espresso” but the entire drink tasted like milk with sugar. She was combative instead of accommodating.

Ayana has always been very kind and helpful. Fingers crossed they keep and pay such a great time well, it really makes my big meeting days easier.
