  As a truck driver, I’ve been to Dunkin’ locations all across the country, and this is the first one I’ve ever been to where the drinks were made with this much care and attention to detail. I didn’t get a chance to ask for the employee’s name, but she was not only incredibly kind and friendly, she also made my drink exceptionally well. You can tell that she doesn’t believe in doing things halfway or just rushing through the orders. I honestly felt bad that I didn’t have much cash on me and couldn’t leave a bigger tip. She definitely deserved more. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in what they do. Thank you for the great service and an even better drink!

  Mobile order pick up, donut holes were ready, drink wasn’t. I wasn’t greeted at arrival so when I asked about the drink; that’s when I was told they didn’t have oat milk. They did immediately make order, but I had to ask for the chocolate powder that comes with it. Overall, my experience was okay. Maybe it was just an early day for her & she hadn’t woke up yet. It’s walk-in only so I don’t see me rushing back to that location.

  Very nice staff and the food was great and very professional workers! One of the better Dunkin locations I’ve visited throughout the country! I just wish that they stayed open past 6pm and opened earlier than 10am!

  2nd time in Alabama as a trucker and the only time in life I’ve ever had terrible coffee from Dunkin. Her initial greeting was far from welcoming and friendly, she expressed not understanding how to make a coffee clearly and specifically explained. I’m a daily espresso drinker and she never brewed what I ordered nor the extra shot I paid for to go in my large drink. She turned her back to me so I’m not sure what she used as “espresso” but the entire drink tasted like milk with sugar. She was combative instead of accommodating.

  I go here every morning. They are so polite.. Yani jeremy and Candice. Excellent customer service. Love them all ..
