Just played one game of ax throw then hit the bar but the arcade is definitely good atmosphere and the food and drinks were great. Taylor, our bartender, was great at mixing but also hospitality in general and says he likes training new team members so if management reads this y'all have a good internal promotion candidate behind the bar there.

I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful, and everything came out just right. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, making it a great place to enjoy a meal and have a good time. A special shout-out to our server, Isaac! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. His great customer service really made the experience even better. I would definitely come back again and recommend Dave & Buster’s to family and friends!

We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday here on 09/25/2026. Alicia (front manager) and LV (party host) were excellent when it comes to customer service and very well mannered. I was having such a hard day and they made everything so easy for me. The only suggestion I have for the company is that there needs to be better a better process for when there are mistakes on a check that’s beyond your control that they seem to not be able to address in store at the time they take your payment. As far as payments on your party bundle the company should allow the managers and waitress the option to be able to run your card on file for payment of your balance it’s so much more convenient. However, these are two issues those wonderful ladies helped me with that were definitely beyond their control but I hope in the future the company takes this into consideration. Other than that my child and her birthday crew had a great time. I can’t express enough how great LV and Alicia were! Thanks again💕🙏🏾💪🏾

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Dashalyn and the manager, April! 🥹❤️ From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Dashalyn was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful, and you could tell she really cared about making sure I had a good experience. April was just as amazing! She was so kind and personable, and the way she interacted with both the staff and customers really stood out to me. You don’t always come across people who make you feel like more than just another customer, but they both did exactly that. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized because it really makes a difference. I left with a smile on my face, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back. Dashalyn and April, thank you both for being so wonderful! 💕✨
