- EJEric JonesApr 28, 20261.0I typically pick up in the drive thru from this Chipotle and never wait longer than 5 minutes, but the last visit saw myself and several others wait over 50 minutes. There were 4 vehicles in front of me when I arrived and I ended up waiting nearly an hour until I actually got my food. Myself and others were stuck in the drive thru line with no way out. There were at least 8 cars behind me at one point in line. The person who seemed to be "in charge" was completely dismissive of the wait time or the fact that there were so many people waiting in line while several bags of food sat on the shelf not being given out at the window. I lost count of the number of people who went in to order food and come out while we all waited. It'll be a long time before I visit this 280 location again, which is unfortunate because the food itself has typically been good.

- GGGabbyMar 20, 20262.0I have a good experience in the daytime but in the nighttime after 8PM the experience is just awful. This is the second time I’ve waited 30 mins for my food at night. I pulled up in the chipotle and waiting for 30 mins behind one car before I got to the window. When I finally got to pull up, the girl closest to the window looked to be cleaning up preparing for close. As I finish typing this, I have finally gotten my order I placed for 8:20 PM and received at 8:56PM.

Our order had an error and the manager, Courtney, handled it professionally and seamlessly!! Ten stars for her. You can tell quality management when something doesn’t go well and how they handle it. Food was good and my family enjoyed our meal
