Didn’t want ice with my drink, I asked for person in charge thinking that maybe they were unaware of drinks being warm. Imagine my surprise when I found out the “manager” was one of the employees that was playing around. Her response was to use ice. She did offer a bottled lemonade which I accepted. I’ve been at this store several times and never had an issue, I hope this is out if the norm.

I rarely get greeted when I come in, the store often seems unorganized, and there are frequently items unavailable. A couple weeks ago, the location ran out of burritos, and today they were out of vinaigrette. I understand things happen, but inventory and preparation should be managed better so customers aren’t constantly missing items. I really enjoy Chipotle, but this location needs improvement with customer service, organization, and making sure they are prepared to serve customers.

The queso tasted horrible! powdery, chalky, and unusually thick. The color was also dark orange instead of the white queso I’m used to receiving. Unfortunately, the taste and texture were so unpleasant that I couldn’t finish it. Very disappointing experience.
