  Food was good! Outside and inside the restaurant trash was strewn everywhere. All tables were dirty. Forks didn't have plastic wrap and containers that held them were dirty. Napkin containers were empty.

  Parking lot was covered in trash. The person checking us out slammed our cups down and got attitude because we asked for queso. The chips were stale and the tables were dirty. This location is consistently bad.

  Spent $60 on 4 bowls for 2 of them to be made wrong and the other 2 lids were switched and asked for vinaigrette wasn’t put in there I did online order and tipped for food to be wrong and I live 25 mins away I’m irritated and nobody ever picks up the phone

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Lisa was good, but the server next to her was a disappointment. Date April 17th, 8 PM. The cleanliness and food handling standards were concerning. A server was yawning directly over the food and he cleaned the table and used the same gloves serving the lettuce. The overall area was not neat, and basic items like tissues, spoons, and forks were not available. Additionally, several employees were wearing personal hats without hair nets, which raises serious hygiene concerns. This location clearly needs better management and adherence to food safety standards. As a customer, this was unacceptable, and I hope the company takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly.

  This was one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations I’ve ever visited, with some of the worst customer service. I came in around 3:30 PM on Wednesday, April 15—no lunch rush, no crowd, and no excuse for the condition of the store. When I walked in, there were six employees—including the manager—standing around, and no one greeted me. The lobby was filthy, with dirty tables and chairs throughout. The manager even asked for the lobby to be cleaned, but nothing was done. I eventually had to ask for a table to be wiped down myself, and they only cleaned that one table—leaving the rest of the dining area dirty. To make matters worse, the manager was yelling across the store about their boss coming in later, instead of actually addressing the condition of the restaurant. On top of that, the food quality was just as disappointing. The barbacoa was bland and tasted like it wasn’t seasoned at all. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. A basic level of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service shouldn’t be this hard to maintain. Zero stars should be an option.
