  Went to eat a little before 7pm, they had no steak, no corn, and no salad dressing. After I asked how long to wait for some salad dressing they said they would not be making anymore for the night… they close at 11pm and they were done serving salad dressing for their salads a little before 7?? They also refused to get more corn from the fridge when I asked how long until more corn.

  I placed an order at 8:20 that was to be ready at 8:30, arrived at 8:40 and it still wasn’t ready. There wasn’t anyone at the takeout station. Eventually the cashier asked if she could help me and I told her in waiting on a takeout order. She put gloves on and walked over there, left, and grabbed someone else. This other girl went over and asked what my name was, made my order and like 10 others. Around 9:00 I was given a bag of food. When I got home it had my name on it but it was the wrong food. I contacted them directly but no response.

  Went to this place to eat and got met with bad service, the workers name is Olivia. She always seems to be in a bad mood with her employees and people. when I first talked to her she said she’s the manager? Not sure if that’s completely true but this place has to do better. Overall not bad but just the one person!

  Normally a pleasant location but I had a bad experience today. Walked in ordered and then when it was time to pay the employee moved over to the To-go order station and started working on to-go orders and left me Standing there. No explanation, no I’ll be right back, nothing…. Just left me standing there. I’m a pretty patience person so I don’t mind waiting but at least communicate. Normally I would have just waited but I had my autistic son with me and he started getting antsy so I had to leave out. I’m not going to spend my hard earned money for anything less than excellence customer service. Hopefully next time will be a better experience or I’ll drive to a different location. For reference this was on 7/19/26 around 7:30pm.

  Unfortunately, this location has lacked in several areas each time I’ve visited. The white and brown rice is severely undercooked the last few times I’ve visited. I don’t think anyone enjoys crunchy rice. There’s flies around the open food area. One time I ordered a bowl and when I came back home, as I was taking a bite, something foreign was in my mouth. I spit everything out and saw it was a piece of foil in my food. I checked my bowl and found other little pieces. I was shocked and decided that was the last time I am going back to the Trussville location. The tables are dirty and floors. No one greets you when you come in. The napkin/utensil station is rarely stocked. It’s unfortunate, because this location is the closest one to me. I’d rather drive to a further location than go to this one. Hopefully, corporate looks at these reviews and actually improves the location. Only time will tell…
