  I've been here probably about 10 times. I love chipotle and know what to expect. Restaurant is very dirty. Food line is dirty with ingredients. Food does not taste like it should. Employees are lousy. There have been times where there are a lot of people working but one person is working the line. Just seems like no one is in charge and wants to be.

  Went there today for dinner. When I got to the counter, the young lady with braids ignored me like I wasn’t standing there for about 3 min. When she finally did acknowledge me, I requested 2 identical orders. When she fixed the bowls, some of the chicken fell off the spoon which would’ve made my bowl mostly rice and beans with hardly any protein. I spoke up about it and she asked if I wanted double. I said “no.” I only wanted my due portion. She proceeded to get into a full blown argument with me. With the gentleman down the line asked to assist me from there, he asked me what I needed and I begin to explain what just took place, she butted in the conversation and started to argue with me some more. I asked her to leave me alone and that I wasn’t talking to her to which she stated I was talking about her. More yelling ensued and she had to be removed from the line. The gentlemen added a couple of more pieces of chicken on my bowl and got me out of there. I’m not sure what the lady’s problem was but she shouldn’t be in customer service. Her attitude was uncalled for. Other than that, my complaint about the food, the brown rice was undercooked and the fajita veggies had wayyyy too much oregano or whatever kind of herb they season them with. It overpowered the flavor of the food.

  Ordered online. Someone took the food before I arrived to pickup, and waited another 45 min to get my food. This chipotle is dysfunctional and employees were rude and not helpful. No source of leadership showed up when no one could decide what happened or what to do.

  Took my kids to get something from here my daughter ordered chicken she barely got half a scoop. Then to find out that was the last and had to wait twenty minutes for me. Had a reward for queso ordered it at check out they had no more queso in back and the cashier is going to tell her manager I went through the line don’t see queso and decided to order some anyway. Excuse me you all should have had extra prepped. I had to wait over 10 minutes for queso, then when the queso is brought out it was put in the same dirty container with old crusty cheese on it bit in a new prep container. Then the after waiting over 10 minutes I was given the same little side no upgrade for my wait and it was not even hot barely room temperature. People had to wait on chicken cause they had none ready and this wasn’t even 8 and they close at 11.

  Honest review: I feel like the entire crew at this place sucks. I come in multiple times a week. There is always one lady who is always here busting her butt. She seems overwhelmed and frustrated so it makes her seemed super moody towards us customers. At first I was kind of upset about it but as I looked around I noticed her entire crew not doing anything. They are taking advantage of her bad. Her crew sucks and I feel for her. There’s one guy that just flirts with every woman that comes through the line. Gross. Someone needs to help this girl staff the place correctly, seems like a corporate or upper management problem. The food was good though!
