  I come around 2 times a month because this is the closest Chipotle to me by far, but unfortunately the staff is consistently rude and doing the absolute least for their customers. I also notice the manager does not smile or greet customers, ever. Yesterday we came in and the guy giving us our food acted like we were the thorn in his side just ordering the food. We had to wait for several minutes at the register and once someone came up, no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. (side note - the chipotle lime sauce was very spicy yesterday which I thought was odd/different than every other time I’ve had it.) Truly could tell of 5 or more negative experiences I’ve had here. Need new management with a better attitude and a manager that hires quality staff. Can’t wait for a Chipotle to open up closer to us.

  I didn’t catch the workers name but today I went in, ordered like normal, and the worker was so rude. She was about mid 20s and kept telling me that my dress was too short, I looked bland, and then said that I looked like a hoochie mama and need to change outfits?? I’m only 17 years old so it felt extremely inappropriate. BE CAREFUL GOING HERE!!!!

  It's Chipotle — you know the deal. When it's on, it's fast, fresh, and hits the spot. The staff here is generally friendly and will add extra toppings if you just ask nicely. The main gripe across the board is portion sizes and pricing — $18 for a bowl that looks half empty is a tough sell. Just ask for extras and you'll be fine. Solid go-to for a quick lunch, nothing more nothing less

  I ordered online but now ik to come in so i can watch them make my food. I ordered a protein+fiber bowl. I ordered lettuce… extra lettuce at that because I like to make sure i eat some type of greens as it helps me woth digestion. When i picked up my order and got home there was not any lettuce at all in my bowl. I asked for light rice and light cheese because I am on a diet and i just wanted a little but they loaded my bowl with rice and cheese so what was supposed to be a “healthy” order turned into an order ik was gonna have me backed up. I ended up just giving it to my friend. I wanted to call but they were barely trying to help me in the store so I doubt i’d get help over the phone.
