  Waited several minutes before getting served, several people were standing and no one came up until several people were behind me. Have picked up food here twice and asked for the new chili lime chips twice and did not get them either time. Don’t recommend this location if you want your food prepared properly.

  worse chipotle in birmingham honestly. every time I go they’re either doing online only or all the food is dried out, looking old never fails i wont be back.

  Worst experience on the planet Earth. Staff is rude. Staff doesn't get orders correct. Staff is completely unorganized and off the hinges. Screw them. Cannot do anything right

  Last night I had the WORST experience ever!!!! I ordered food from this location through DoorDash & my food was burnt!! Not a little crispy but burnt to a crisp & still sent to me. I tried to eat around the burnt chicken but it was so bad my whole bowl had a burnt taste. I will NEVERRRRRR eat from here again.

  I recently visited this Chipotle location near my home, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. I ordered a bowl and asked for tomato salsa. The employee proceeded to pour what appeared to be the remainder of the salsa, including a considerable amount of excess liquid, directly into my bowl. The result was an unnecessarily watery and unappetizing meal. The rice was also noticeably undercooked and fell well short of the quality and consistency I would normally expect from Chipotle. When I asked for cheese, I was told that they were out. I understand that restaurants can occasionally run out of ingredients, especially toward closing time, so I initially chose not to make an issue of it. What concerned me even more, however, was the apparent lack of consistency and attention to detail when it came to pricing. On a previous visit, I ordered queso and was charged for it. I noticed that the customer immediately ahead of me also had queso added to her bowl, yet she apparently was not charged for it. While there may have been circumstances I was unaware of, it was difficult to understand why seemingly identical items were being handled differently. On this visit, the situation became even more concerning when the employee attempted to charge me for another customer’s order as well. I had to point out that the additional items did not belong to my order. Mistakes can certainly happen, but when combined with the other inconsistencies I experienced, it left me questioning the overall level of attentiveness and professionalism at this location. Overall, the food quality, service, and apparent inconsistencies in pricing made this an extremely disappointing visit. Customers should be able to expect properly prepared food, attentive service, accurate billing, and transparent pricing regardless of the time of day. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because this experience was far below the standard I would expect from a well-established restaurant chain.
