It was 9:13pm and they close at 11:00 pm. I went back to the car and placed an order on DoorDash, went back in and it was ready no problem
- HRHannah RadiganMay 17, 20262.0I come around 2 times a month because this is the closest Chipotle to me by far, but unfortunately the staff is consistently rude and doing the absolute least for their customers. I also notice the manager does not smile or greet customers, ever. Yesterday we came in and the guy giving us our food acted like we were the thorn in his side just ordering the food. We had to wait for several minutes at the register and once someone came up, no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. (side note - the chipotle lime sauce was very spicy yesterday which I thought was odd/different than every other time I’ve had it.) Truly could tell of 5 or more negative experiences I’ve had here. Need new management with a better attitude and a manager that hires quality staff. Can’t wait for a Chipotle to open up closer to us.
