    Lol.. If I was manager.. I would have thrown that out and told people we are out of guac. Thats the nastiest gauc in public view I've seen to date. Also bummed because I actually had a free guac reward today but def wasn't gonna use it on that..

    Locked and closed the door because they had a “large catering order”. Turned away seven customers. Stayed closed for 40+ minutes which has to be against corporate guidelines.

    Had a sign on the door that said they opened at 11:30, which is when I arrived. Sat outside the door waiting while the staff looked at me. At 11:42 someone came out to tell me they were not ready to open and suggested I go to another location. Said the GM hadn’t showed up yet. Customer service needs a lot of work.

    Pick up order for a burrito and bowl was really disappointing. You hope when using the app that you can rely on restaurant to get it correct. Chicken was over salted and we didn’t get our toppings we had requested.
