  Everytime I come to this chipotle, it’s a bad experience. I used to visit this place atleast twice a week for lunch about 2 years ago. I knew members and management by name. those people left, since then I stopped coming to this one and the couple of times I’ve been lazy and didn’t feel like driving to the one further down to 280, I regretted it. I get food service industry is crumbling, but if this chipotle doesn’t get it together, they will fall. I live closest to this chipotle but will drive further down to avoid the service received at this one. The staff is mute, stressed and awkward with people. It’s always a mess in the inside and Fork area. It’s just.. bad.. I hope they get it together cause it sucks. The one up the street is extremely different than this one. The atmosphere is friendly , light and clean. This one is just like night and day in comparison

  If you’re on your lunch break don’t come here. They don’t staff correctly and the manager is usually in back. They’re not worried about these lines.

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. As I walked in to pick up my order, I said, “Good night, how are you?” Not a single employee responded or even looked me in the face. The entire interaction felt cold and dismissive. The food looked like it was scraped from the bottom of every container. Most of the ingredients were nearly gone, and the quality reflected that. It didn’t feel like anyone cared about what they were serving. Throughout the pickup, every interaction consisted of one-word responses, and no one bothered to say “thank you” or acknowledge me as a customer. Basic customer service was completely absent. I understand places get busy, but being ignored, served the last of the ingredients, and treated like an inconvenience made for a terrible experience. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the condition of the food because this visit was incredibly disappointing.

  My daughter has been wanting Chipotle all week. Today I finally took her. The service and experience we had was amazing. Before we could pay my daughter tap me and said mommy we have to leave them a 5 star thanks to Mohammad and Angeli they made our experience amazing. I would recommend this location and definitely their services.
