I had a very simple order that was missing cheese and brought the entire bag back to prove it was wrong and still got accused of eating the food when I didn't touch anything. Asked to get my food remade and they made it wrong for the second time. Tried calling multiple times and could never get an answer.

Has ONE normal drive thru line that backs up all the way around up the hill across the road and back to the light between it and Milo's at lunch. Ridiculous! Nobody can move...can't get in parking spots or out of parking spots. The mobile order line is EMPTY while everyone sits waiting for a mile. Inside is one of the smallest cramped locations. I only go here if I have to. It needs to be closed and a new one built on a bigger lot OR open another one in Trussville. Its been "remodeled" two times....the last one made things worse!
