  This was one of my favorites but I will never give them another dollar of my money they rushed me didn’t have what I’ve wanted, everybody in their looked like they didn’t want to be there I should have just turned around then I immediately regretted coming but I promise I won’t ever come back

  On 6-17-26, several of us had CAVA delivered. I was excited due to all the reviews and word of mouth regarding how good the food is. I ordered the Steak and Harissa bowl. Now I was expecting some juicy bites of spicy steak. What I received was sub-par at best. The steak was extremely dark looking for starters. You could tell it was way overcooked before even taking a bite. The so called steak had the consistency of beef jerky. Very tough and chewy so much so it was inedible. Whomever cooked this steak then plated it should......well not work there anymore. Pretty astonishing how bad the steak was. So much so that I will not be back.

  I absolutely love the food here! It's always fresh, tasty, and filling. This was my first time going inside the restaurant for takeout. When I got to the counter with my toddler, the employee preparing my order didn't greet either of us. Instead, they looked at me silently for about 5 seconds until I finally spoke up and placed my order. The employee seemed upset and was complaining to another worker while making my food. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but the interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It felt as though their frustration was being directed toward customers, which negatively affected my experience.

  The wait for the digital order pick up was unacceptable! I couldn’t help but notice that all of the orders for everyone In line appeared to already be ready, but they would distribute a bag and walk away from the window, making sure that the next person had to wait instead of moving everyone out of the line
