  this is just a nice location, if your looking for a cava fix! the staff is pretty friendly & the food was delicious both times i came.

  My daughter put on this bc she knows I don't eat meat..... The falafel and cucumber mint is my favorite 😍 The yogurt dill is also my favorite dressing, and strawberry sesame 2# I love when I walk in ,they kno what I want and always fresh . I love cava clean, workers always polite ❤️💕You should try them if you haven't already

  I really do enjoy CAVA and the food but at a point where I’m not going to bother ordering ahead. Ordered my food, drove down 280. Got a text at 7:08 that my food was ready. Pulled in at 7:10. It took at least 5 minutes for anyone even to acknowledge I was at the window. They would look at me and ignore me. Then finally a girl told me my food was not ready. I said sorry I got a text 8 minutes ago saying it was. She told me “they bump the tickets but it actually wasn’t ready”. After three people came to the window and all acted equally as incompetent I got my food at 7:31. I understand there are busy nights. But this has been an issues every single time I order ahead on the app. They ignore the pickup window, line the bumped tickets on the back counter, and don’t even start on my meal until I pull up. And don’t even get it done efficiently. I’m at a point where the poor customer service outweighs how good the meal is.

  I have a small, fully trained service dog and was refused service here. The manager didn’t ask the two questions businesses are legally allowed to ask under the ADA (is this a service animal required for a disability, and what task is it trained to do) — she just said “he can’t be in here, it’s open food, dogs can’t be in here” and told me to leave. Staff then refused to serve me until my dog was gone. I had documentation for him and was never even given the chance to explain. It was clear the assumption was made because he’s small, not a larger breed people expect to see as service dogs. Service animals are protected regardless of size or breed — that’s the law. I didn’t argue, I just left and put him in my car, even though I had low blood sugar and needed food right away. Really disappointing experience and a basic misunderstanding of ADA policy that put me in an uncomfortable and honestly unsafe position. Staff needs real training on this.

  The manager is extremely rude. I came in with my service dog and was asked to leave. Even though I have all my paper work. Had I had a medical emergency I could have sued. She didn’t ask was he a service animal she immediately told me to leave & the staff refused to serve me. This happened 7/1 at 1:10pm I will be filling a complaint with cava
