  Food was good but not great. Steak had lots of fat. Customer service was below par. Seemed like no one wanted to be there and it was a weird vibe.

  Portions small for what you pay. Food is better here than in Hoover at least. Rude woman serving the food. Barking communication…I honestly had to laugh it off by the end. Blue and white bandana, round glasses. 2pm on Saturday.

  I had the best experience today at Cava. The store was nice and clean and the staff were just so friendly especially Alexa she was just so kind and sweet with me she took her time with me while I ordered. The food was just so good so happy I stopped by. I can’t wait to go again!

  The food is really good, but I have a bit of a bone to pick. I've had Cava 3 times now, so I feel confident in saying they're VERY stingy with the proteins. If you get a falafel bowl, you'll get 4 pieces, which is not enough at all in my opinion. If you pay the extra $3 for meat, you don't get that extra $3 worth in volume at all. This would be an easy 5 star without this, but tbh, it's a huge drag. I can't eat here when I'm bulking because the lack of any significant portion of protein just isn't worth it. If you don't care about money, you'll be fine. If you respect your dollar, though, I think you'll be pretty annoyed about it as well. Y'all need to take some lessons from Chipotles portioning
