  I visit this location maybe five times a year. Every time I’ve ordered the employees have great customer service. Fries are always hot and the Coca Cola taste amazing 💙. Today the employee forgot to give me my Coca Cola and he upgraded me to a large. Keep up the great customer service

  The manager of this location deserves to be fired. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, and does not care to fix an issue if it’s wrong. Hung up the phone on me in the middle of talking. Messed up almost my entire order, they did not care AT ALL. No apology. Food is absolute trash, fries were inedible due to how old they obviously were. No sauce requested given. Asked employee if there were straws in the bag… she said “I have no idea” and just shrugged. Very disappointed, I haven’t been here in a long time due to a previous terrible experience here, decided to give them a try but won’t be doing that again. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this store close in a few months due to the absolute terrible lack of oversight, management, and customer service skills.

  The people were very nice building is a bit run down not dirty by any means but clearly has seen better days

  Went through drive thru order was correct. And food was good.
