  Alecia Thomas.... when I tell you... this girl right here know is the nest arby team member I've ever experienced. Customer service top notch. Goes over and beyond. Thank you soon much because I'm driver about 30 mins home and my food is fresh and hot plus she went back in for me to make sure she took care of all my needs. . Thank you much. Best arby in bham

  Went to drive through on 6th Ave s Birmingham Alabama and asked for no onions. I was told I could not have a sandwich without onions. Where they do that at. 0 customer service

  We chose this restaurant to pick up some later in the evening food after arriving at our hotel. The young lady that took our order was pleasant and our order was accurate. We even got all of our food which unfortunately doesn't happen all that often. I had to drive around and wait as did some other vehicles. I assume due to the spacing of the drive-thru which was fine since I ended up going inside and ordering something else for my great-granddaughter that I knew she would like. The parking lot was small and not in the best shape but getting in and out was easy enough for the time I was there (after 8pm on a Sunday).

  The food was horrible! The beef did not taste like beef! The meat looks and tastes like unidentified meat. The roast beef looked dark and taste old. The food doesn't taste the same! And it was too salty. I use to go there almost every day. Then they closed for remodeling, so this is the first time I have been there since they reopen. I was so disappointed 😞, I was looking forward to eating there. 😞
