  Ordered a burger and double roast beef on the app around 3:30 for 5:30 pickup. Arrived 2 hours after order only to be told they no longer have burgers although they were clearly an option on the app. I chose a double beef and cheddar instead and sat at the window for 10 minutes. Always issues at the Vestavia location on 31 and McGuire. Worst ever.

  I ordered a pickup, and they gave it away to someone else and blamed me for it. Terrible service.

  Food was nasty, no one in restaurant or drive through yet it took forever. Horrible parking lot, very dated. Second bad experience here and won't be back. I see why the Lorna Rd location closed as well as the nasty Applebee's in Hoover and the super gross Red Lobster in Vestavia Hills. You need to get with the program and modernize your place and have better service and food or I'm sure you'll be next.

  Terrible! They gave my wife someone else's order. Plus, she ordered 2 small Cokes and they gave her 3. She asked if she had to pay for the 3rd Coke since she only ordered 2, and they said YES! I told her if it was me, I would have simply driven off and left them with the food and no payment. This happened about 11:35 am at the drive-through, Friday, April 17, 2026.
