  I see this great looking sandwich on TV. Cheese steak. Not been in a long time so I think I'LL try. Lady at counter is in her phone but yelling at the cooks in back. Tells whoever on the phone to hang on I got people here ? I ordered feeling ok then she just kind of looked at me like I just gave her a huge task. Picked up her phone saying Yea Baby I know how you feel. And side eyes me. Waited 15 minutes with Noone else in the place I would have figured the food would have come quickly but I'm OK cause time means quality. Ah No. Curly fries cold and burnt. How I may never know. They burnt them black and got to me cold. The sandwich looked like dog food in a soggy spongy bun. Onions all on 1 side and was dripping. Not like good dripping of a cheese steak but like it just came out a shower soak and wet. So that will end me wanting anything from 280 Arby's again. Full stop

  "We arent currently taking orders right now" at 6pm? Lol last time we came, they said they were out of meat, and it would be 3 hours until they had more.... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ it's giving, lazy workers

  I have ordered many times from this Arby’s. Three different times my order has been cancelled due to “No Meat”! How do you advertise that you have “the meats”? I find that most is pure laziness. The food used to be great. I think they need some new hires.

  I ordered and paid online. When we arrived to pick up the order, we were informed their shake machine was down. The guy at the drive thru said we would have to report it online to get a refund. When this location is selected, their website jokes, "we make it right" then follows with the message, "We are not accepting any feedback at this time." So, we paid for a shake we didn't receive. Then we get our bag home and the burger has every item we requested to be left off on it and none of the sauces we asked for with either sandwich. This is a great scam for them - pay ahead and no way to get a refund for things you don't receive. Buyer, beware.

  It's me again......Rachael.....the one whose husband brings her to breakfast at Arby's every morning. 🤣 .The past 2 mornings I have been under the weather so my husband came alone and picked us up our biscuits and French toast sticks. When we walked in this morning we were greated by Chante and the first thing that she said to me was, "where have you been?" It absolutely blessed my heart and made me feel seen and important. I appreciate you "seeing" me Chante! You made my day❤️
