  Food was cold so I called and complained manager ask me to come back and they would remake it Fresh. I literally pulled back up hit the red button told them I was back for a remake and manager came out asked for food and receipt in under a minute I gave it to her in less than 2 minutes was back out with the “remake” food still wasn’t hot and being a former fast food Manager for over 15 years there’s no way you can possibly remake an order fresh have it cooked, wrapped, bagged and walked to a customer’s car in 2 minutes. This sonics used to be so good food was always hot and fresh now it’s trash. Give customers what they pay for food is to expensive to give people that ultimately are the reason you even have job, the trashiest food ever.

  I took my kids here for a treat. I ordered them all milkshakes, which were 3 milkshakes. The guy working inside with braids yelled, “Oh hell no, I’m not making 3 milkshakes” as he walked off. Terrible and unprofessional. You don’t have to make them because we won’t return to this location.

  I had a nice experience there but before you leave the establishment make sure you check your order/orders and that everything you ordered is in the bag. Luckily I checked my order before we left we walked up because we are Truck drivers and we don't like to back track. I noticed something was missing so I place everything out and ask the young lady to look at the receipt and the order and see what's missing. She noticed what was missing and immediately got it. I did it that way because when she came to us and I proceeded to get the order she stopped me to receive payment. So I pulled everything out and allow her to fix the mistake because we are humans and mistakes can be made. Overall it was a good experience.
