I placed my order online and my order wasn't ready when I arrived, so I had time to observe somethings. First, I wasn't greeted when I entered, stood their a couple of minutes before some said I'll be with you in a minute. I also noticed about 3 to 4 people working and NO ONE had on gloves, no hair nets and I saw a worker brush her hair with her hands and went back to making orders, not even washing her hands, also saw the same worker wipe her hands on her clothes and didn't go wash them.

Looks as if my pizza was dropped and still served it to me, and it’s not the first time…

There is one person in that store on a Saturday! The poor guy is so covered up, he’ll never get done! Also, get him some AC! It’s 100°! I canceled my order and after chatting with your “customer support”, I will not ever order from this store.

Have had pizza from here once and my standard Pepperoni pizza was fine. I do appreciate that they put extra sauces in a separate bag rather than putting in the actual pizza box like other PJs. But the other three times I’ve tried to eat here, no luck. The poor employees are given an impossibly long line of orders so nothing is ever ready in a timely manner. Last time I went, I waited double the ETA and was still quoted MAYBE they could finish in 30 minutes. I just left without my food. Perhaps it could be a good experience but I’d rather not attempt anymore because no pizza is worth that super long wait. I’m better off cooking a frozen pizza

Took over an hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered and was cold when delivered. Not the first bad experience with this location.
