  Mrs.Kim and the cashier Amber both are such VERY sweet employees. I came to this location after I had to cancel my order & leave the other McDonald's on 9th avenue, "The Young Woman at the 9th avenue store was also Nice", because they were out of steaks for their steak, egg, & cheese bagel that I was badly craving for. But this store located on Academy & DEFINITELY Mrs.Kim came to my rescue of satisfying my craving for their Steak, Egg, & Cheese Bagel. Actually Mrs.Kim went the extra mile to make sure that item was available for me to purchase it when I got there. Which means I can't forget about Amber's GREAT PROFESSIONAL & WELCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Amber greeted me as soon as she seen me and proceeded to kindly ask for my order. But soon as I said to her, that I called, she instantly & politely asked if it's the steak, egg, & cheese bagel? See I LOVE how they make sure to communication with each other to make sure that their customers are receiving the correct food. You guys keep up the WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I EXPERIENCED FROM Y'ALL TODAY!😁

  Diamond the evening manager at the McDonald's on academy drive should be recognized! She had the nicest personality. She was extremely busy and stopped what she was doing to listen to my story. She replaced the entire meal, was interested in what went wrong and how it could be fixed. The replacement order was excellent down to napkins and ketchup. And genuinely seemed happy to be of service! She should be recognized for her outstanding ability to relate and resolve issues and excellent customer relations!

  Never anyone there past 10pm and the staff is always being weird and not answering the speakers in a timely manner. The line is always to the street and they just sit there and let it happen.
