There was two other families in the restaurant and my husband looked outside to see if the drive-through was backed up and there wasn't anyone there. They had at least 4-5 people working. No excuse was even given for the delay. My husband mentioned it two different times during our wait that we waiting still for our order.

We observed touching and pulling back hair followed by working directly in food areas…unacceptable. Other staff appeared to have their hair cover.
