- TTtung tran2 days ago1.0Worst customer service ever. I normally stop here to get coffee while I charge my car, and the other times have been fine. But today was really bad. I stood at the register for a while, and there were no customers or drive-thru orders at the time. The lady with long orange hair was just sitting there playing on her phone. I ordered an iced coffee with no cream and no sugar and some snack bacon. The bacon was fine, but she got my coffee wrong twice. The first time, she put cream in it. I told her that wasn’t what I ordered, and she gave me an attitude like I was bothering her. She made another one with extra ice and no sugar. I didn’t want to argue, so I just took it and left. Mistakes happen, but the attitude was unnecessary. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had here.

She tried to pass off a box of 6 donuts & then lied saying she never said a dozen. She was on speaker phone so more than one person heard her. Not to mention lied & said she couldn't credit the card but come to find out they did they had too. This is not a great way to start out the grand opening that was just a few days ago. And whether the customer is right or wrong she needs to watch her tone. Not impressed at all with business or the Sunday evening window worker. Customer service is horrible on Sunday afternoons. Staff needs some training on customer service. This is for hwy 216 location
