When the box was received the donuts ordered were not in the box. Six random donuts. I went back to the location. The inside was closed. I pulled around to the window. A large man was walking out the back door and looked in the car. I pulled around to the window and knocked and blew the horn. No answer. I pulled back around to the order stand. The man who walked out was now sitting in a blue caprice looking car smoking a cigarette answered. I explained that we did not get what was ordered. He rudely said..’I gave you what I had’. I asked if he told the person who picked them up that he didn’t have the ordered donuts. He responded. ‘Why…I don’t have the donuts so he got what i had.’ I asked for a refund. He said he didn’t have a manager and he couldn’t do a refund. Followed up with..And I think you are making a big deal out of nothing. I don’t have the donuts. I gave you what I had. If you don’t want the donuts then throw them in the garbage. I asked him if he was sitting in the car on the headset. He said yes. I was told I could request a refund through the app. I don’t usually go to Dunkin so I checked out the app as a guest. I can’t make the request for a refund through the app but I will be in the store tomorrow. I told the extremely rude employee that this was bad customer service. For which he could care less. First time going…last time going.
