- AAAmandaJul 1, 20261.0I honestly feel awful even writing this because Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional service, and I usually have the BEST experiences here. But what happened today wasn’t okay, and I need to be honest about it. Last night, I ordered three meals through DoorDash. When the bag arrived, it was perfectly sealed with the no-tamper tape. We opened it up, and my son's Chicken Deluxe meal had... no chicken. It was literally just lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, and buns. A chicken sandwich with no chicken from a chicken restaurant! DoorDash only offered a $2–$3 credit for a $14 meal, so I called the store. The male manager on duty last night was incredibly kind. We actually laughed about the mistake together, and he graciously told me, "Just come pick up a replacement sandwich tomorrow and let us make this right." Awesome, great customer service. Look, I wasn’t even angry about the messed-up sandwich, and I wasn't looking for a refund. Mistakes happen. I was just happy to get it fixed. My family and I drove all the way out here today specifically to grab that replacement, and we honestly planned on buying a bunch of extra food for everyone else while we were here. Instead, the female manager immediately got extremely snarky and dismissive, telling me, "You can't get a refund, you have to handle it through DoorDash." I tried to explain that I was promised a replacement sandwich and even had photos, but she completely shut me down with a terrible attitude. Another manager stepped in to repeat the DoorDash policy, completely missing the point. Your team prepared the meal, missed the main ingredient, and a manager told me to drive all the way down here to get it replaced. To bring my whole family out here just to get hit with an attitude and made to feel like an idiot for wanting basic fairness is ridiculous. Shoutout to the night manager who actually tried to help, but the daytime management team handled this poorly and left us feeling incredibly disrespected. Step it up. Edit to add: And no, I never got the replacement sandwich either. We walked out and left. We took our business to another restaurant in the shopping center.

I was promised a year ago by the marketing person at this location that they would provide our church (FBC) with cards for chicken biscuits for our trip to Kentucky to see Noah's Ark. Finally, when we are ready to travel to Kentucky I am now being told oh no we don't do that anymore. My issue with this is that I was promised this a year ago and was told to just call back once our trip was finalized and I did exactly that. To have me announce to our congregation that this location would provide us with cards to use for free chicken biscuits on our trip every Sunday then to turn around and say "Oh no we don't do that anymore" is horrible public relations and does a disservice to the Chik fil A name.
