  Waited 40 minutes for an online order to be picked up in the drive thru. I was asked to pull down because it wasn’t ready, and wait. Which really confused me. I asked if they would like for me to just circle back around and I was told ma’am do whatever makes you happy. While several cars went through the drive thru. I finally went in only for the lady at the drive thru to be rude to me once again. And the manager who allows his employees to talk to their customers that way was ridiculous. And by then our food was cold. I guess they deserve $20 dollars an hour now maybe buy theirself a book on how to respect other people.

  I have been to this location only three or four times. The staff is always friendly and managers always helpful. Only one time did I receive the wrong order. They quickly made it up to me. They even made right an order from another location in which I will never go back (5pts Birmingham). But I will be visiting this location more often.

  Rude, poor customer service skills,move like turtles ,take forever to get the order place ,this is the thing I was the only family of 4 in the building,no one in the drive through (cazry)great thing the children where with us or I would have rattle their cage, I didn't want my wife and children to be the buffer,

  Had an amazing experience at Arby's on 12/30! Kayla is so sweet and made my whole day honestly!!
