  Waited 40 minutes for an online order to be picked up in the drive thru. I was asked to pull down because it wasn’t ready, and wait. Which really confused me. I asked if they would like for me to just circle back around and I was told ma’am do whatever makes you happy. While several cars went through the drive thru. I finally went in only for the lady at the drive thru to be rude to me once again. And the manager who allows his employees to talk to their customers that way was ridiculous. And by then our food was cold. I guess they deserve $20 dollars an hour now maybe buy theirself a book on how to respect other people.

  If ever find yourself hungry and wanting to grab a bite to eat at a clean tucked away well ran Restaurant and come see T the manager an RJ at the arby's in Bessemer I have no complaints and had a very delightful Experience so again come and see Tierra and the rest of the team!
