  I ordered on the app then dropped by to pick it up and still had to wait 17 minutes for my food. The parking lot smelled like rotten food and the concrete was stained with grease

  We got supper sonic double cheese burgers with ketchup mayonnaise and mustard only. They literally had it running out all in the paper that they wrapped it in. Every bite u took made a mess. Had to try to dip the tater tots in it to soak some of it up. Bit the tater tots were cold and fried to hard. Will probably go back, but only because BayMinette doesn't have much to offer

  This is my first time making a review! I wanted to let others know that I got a Oreo blast and Strawberry milkshake for me and my mom. I’m sure it wasn’t the boys fault, but poor training. However, both orders were wrong as my Oreo blast had no physical Oreo toppings and didn’t reach the top of the medium cup, for my moms order, her strawberry milkshake had no whip cream on the top, turns out they mixed the whip cream inside the shake itself. I’m a little disappointed that my shake didn’t taste like Oreo at all and had no Oreos in it in general but my mom said hers tasted like onion.

  Asked for 5 sonic blasts. Handed each one individually. Asked for drink carrier. Said we don’t have any. Ordered and paid for extra Reeses peanut butter cup and barely got the normal amount for a small blast. The bottom entire blast had no mixing Reese’s peanut butter cup whatsoever. There was no adult supervision whatsoever at this location on a Sunday night. What do you expect, terrible management?
