  Whew! This was the absolute worst meal I’ve had at a sonic. We ordered thru the mobile app because we redeemed points. We sat for almost 30 mins as finally went to the building to ask about our order and always told it would be right out. It was not only another 10 mins but the food was cold. The hamburger did not have what I requested and was burnt! I ordered a grilled cheese and I promise you, it was not even toasted- it was two stale pieces of white bread with a cold slice of cheese. I truly wish I had taken a picture. I also wish we had just taken the food right back to the window, but we had already started pulling out and on the road.

  Ordered 2 Jr. bacon cheeseburgers the buns were stale and stiff. Also ordered the onion rings, tater tots, and 2 root beer floats they were all really good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

  We used the drive through service. Fresh lunch time food! I had a number 6, which is a chicken sandwich, fries (my choice, you can choose tots if you wish) and a soft drink. I got a Coca-Cola for my refreshing drink. The order went well and was well communicated by the employees. We paid at the window and patiently waited. The time seemed kind of long to wait, but in their defense, there were three of us, thus three separate orders. We got our food and went back to work. All orders were correct, hot and fresh. We were all very satisfied. Thank you Bay Minette Sonic employees for putting up with us and being polite and professional. We will definitely be back. 5 stars.

  I mistakenly ordered from another location. Everyone here was more than friendly un helping me get it taken care of. Amanda and Staff, your much appreciated 👏 However, Sonic as a corporation... get your sh*t together on the app, good thing you have good employees or this review would be much different.
