  My friend and I had a large pizza, half and half with our own toppings. Although the pizza was missing some things the first time, Chris and Drea were very understanding and eager to make it right. They even went the extra mile even giving my friend a free soda. Look out Dominos!!!

  Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for delivery last night. This is what was delivered. It was not stuffed crust at all, was the thinnest pizza I’ve ever received from there, and was not warm at all. I tried calling but kept getting put on hold and then hung up on. I know mistakes happen, but it seems like the quality is always off when we order from here lately.

  Hailey the manager is amazing!! She goes the extra mile for her customers! She always has a smile on her face. If Hailey is there you will have the best visit there.

  For someone that is from out of town working here in Bay Minette. Hailey was excellent! She took very great care of me . Will definitely recommend this place to friends and co workers.

  We stopped here on our drive home from the beach to enjoy the lunch buffet, and it was such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but Hailey especially stood out. She went out of her way to make sure the pizzas our kids wanted were brought out to the buffet, which they absolutely loved. The whole visit brought back those classic Pizza Hut memories from years ago, great pizza, a family-friendly atmosphere, and excellent customer service. It's hard to find places that still make you feel that way. We'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!
