  Everyone was very nice but my coffee was the worst I’ve had from any 7brew. I had it remade and it was even worse the second time. Tasted like burnt espresso and cereal milk. I was willing to get over the 30 minute wait time but the coffee is unsalvageable.

  This is why tipping prior to service and getting a product shouldn’t be a thing. I’m a regular a 7Brew. & I went to the bay minette one this morning. I ordered a new drink and when the girl brought it out to me she brought out a completely different looking drink. She said “we are out of this this and this so your drink can’t be made right” and tried to hand me the drink. She said do you not want it and I said well no it’s not even the same drink. It honestly looked like a cup of milk. She said okay well what do you want? And I said well I already paid for a drink so I’ll have to get something else. And she said oh you are gona get something else? And I said well yeah I paid for a drink already. She said “what do you want” I said okay. I don’t remember my usual. She Didn’t say, okay let me look it up or anything, just stood there and said nothing. I said okay, I’ll look it up and I got out the app to look up my last order. I told her what I wanted now instead and another girl came up and said what was wrong? The girl taking my new order said “she doesn’t want it” I said well it has nothing in it it’s supposed to, they were literally out of every ingredient it required. (Which I understand places run out of things and that wasn’t the issue I had with the interaction.) The other girl said oh okay that makes sense. Then they walk back she makes me my new drink hands it to me, and the second girl did come back and say sorry about that. Which I appreciate but the other girl was rude about it and acted like I inconvenienced her some how. Also, at seven brew you tip before you get your drink and before the service is complete which I did tip, and tipped more then normal. It’s frustrating to tip for a drink and service before you get it assuming it will be worth it and both turn out to be poor. I do wish I had taken a photo of the drink they tried to hand me. It looked like milk with ice. It’s wild to expect me to pay 7-8$ for a drink you can’t make and not even offer yourself to get me something else you do have the ingredients for.

  Izzy made my day! She recommended the Cookie Butter Latte, and it was absolutely perfect🫶🏼deliciously sweet and completely made my morning. She was incredibly kind, had the brightest smile that immediately lifted my mood, and even hooked us up with a huge discount. Such a sweet, wonderful person and phenomenal service! If you go to 7 Brew, definitely ask for Izzy!

  I have been supporting this establishment for a few years now at one time they had it going on. Here the last couple of months the service has gotten so slow that it is even frustrating to even be in line. I was in Laurel, Ms over there weekend and no one there even seemed like they wanted to even be there. When it is taking 30-45 minutes in line to wait for a drink that will turn so many people away like me someone who purposely tips $5 plus bucks every time because at one we had speedy service and anyone can say that it’s due to new staff but when you are an operator of the establishment it is your job to know that people are leaving for college or other location’s that’s when you are supposed to be productive in up training others to take those roles over not let it fall apart due to the lack of tentative details that are not acknowledged due to lack of paying attention. I am not willing to wait half an hour for a drink. Something needs to be addressed because while people sit in those lines right now this will have them thinking next time they see a long line.
