  We ordered from two accounts, one drink each and one account had a pizza. We were in the same car, went to the drive thru and told them details. They asked us to go to the window. Once we got to the window they gave one drink and refused to give the other drink. We showed them our orders from two different accounts on two different phones. But they kept saying we ordered one drink and they already gave us one drink. We asked what about the other order, they absurdly saying the same thing over and over at least 20 times that we ordered only one. Then the manager came straight up being rude and saying how can she help us ! This is absurd! Total absurd! Lastly we had to argue while showing both of our phones for 15-20 minutes to make them believe we did order two drinks. Worst drive thru experience ever!

  We were there on July 4th for the fireworks show at the nearby stadium. We only went to get drinks. The crowd was so large that the staff were overwhelmed. They needed more help. People were waiting for a very long time for food, but there were few complaints because we could all see the problem. After 30 minutes, I approached the front to ask about our drinks, and the manager gave them to us. Even after so long, I hated to say anything. They handled it all as well as possible, but I felt sorry for them.
