  I had a pickup for a delivery order and received possibly the worst customer service of my entire life. I initially pulled up to a stall and pressed the button, and was told to hold. I waited for about ten minutes, and pressed it again. No response. I went to another stall and pressed it, no response. The drive through was backed up, and when I got to the speaker, I got no response for over 10 minutes. I then went to the door and started actively knocking and making eye contact with the employees, at which point they chose to ignore me for a few more minutes. One of the employees finally opened the door and rudely asked what I wanted, and they hadn't even started the order. As she went back inside, I could hear her cursing me out to her coworkers. I've worked in fast food, so I get it, but at least wait until you're out of earshot to curse your customers out. After a few more minutes, she came out and gave me the order, and as she walked back inside she laughed and said "you mad". This is not an isolated incident. I have almost never received anything resembling good customer service from this location. Wait times are long, employees visibly sit around and do nothing while the line backs up, employees are rude and openly insult customers, and their hours are embarrassingly inconsistent. This place needs to be closed, the franchise owner is a complete embarrassment for letting it get this bad.

  Ordered a mobile order and no one was even at the store when I got there. Don’t say you open at 8 if you’re not going to be open.

  Food is good. They cook to order so sometimes the food takes a while to come out. If you are in a hurry, probably not the place for you but once you get your food it is often worth the wait. Go in the afternoon for happy hour/half priced drinks. Friendly workers and good food.

  This place is just completely falling apart. Been drive-through only for months, now it's apparently mobile orders only. The drinks all taste sour, which is a pretty big problem when they also only serve drink orders half the time.

  After a rehearsal I "so" had a craving for a strawberry milkshake. Thankfully, Sonic in Auburn, AL was open. Let me just lay it out here that the medium strawberry milkshake I got at Sonic two nights ago was "the best strawberry milkshake I've ever had!"
