  Ordered delivery at 545. Still no pizza 90 min later. Called to see whats going on. Got put on hold. After 5-10 min of waiting hung up and called again. On the 3rd call (same guy answered each time) I said stop putting me on hold, what’s the deal with my order!? The guy is at a call center not the store. The hold was him transferring me to the store. Anyway he says it’s been canceled doesn’t know why. Transfers me to the store again to find out. I decide to drive to the store. As I pull up to the window, STILL on hold, there’s like 4 folks in there. Said they ran out of dough as the reason it was canceled. Why tf did someone not call and tell me? Another guy says he did call, but I’m literally still on hold on the phone in the car as I’m talking to them, so blatant lie. Oh and when I initially pulled up the guy asked if I had an order or wanted to place one….if you’re out of dough, why are you asking about an order? Photo of my delivered pizza attached.

  Place an order online for meat lover's melt but only received only half of the melt. One employee shirt didn't cover his stomach so I was able to see the bottom of his stomach. So, I called back and was put on hold for 12 minutes without anyone handling my issue.

  No salad on buffet line. 2 variety of pizza. Hair in food. Yay.
