  My sandwich came on bread so dry and stale, seems like it’s a day or maybe even two old. Terrible quality for the price.

  During my visit on April 13, 2026 the customer service was horrible. I went to the bathroom and there was an employee coming out. I went to wash my hands and there was no soap. I went to that employee and told her there was no soap in the bathroom. She had just left the bathroom, so why didn’t she know there wasn’t soap? Evidently she did not wash her hands. She told me she would go to the back to get the soap. After waiting over five minutes, I went back and asked about the soap. They said she’d do it once they got all the online orders done. After waiting another five minutes my husband and I left. There were two employees there working so I don’t know why neither one of them would go get soap for the bathroom. This happened at there Auburn, AL location on College Street. Store #553. We will not be going back and this is the only Jimmy John’s in the area.

  Food came in a stapled bag, but my sandwich is now half the size it used to be(whole wheat), and my wife's sandwich was already opened for her. Also DIDNT GET THE DRINKS THAT WE PAID FOR...Tried to call 5 times, literally, and it just rang until we got tired of hearing it ring...no answer

  I had lunch at jimmy John on 5/13/2025 the manager I think his name was Jermaine he was very polite and helpful with my order the restaurant was clean and service was fast

  Really cool workers. But that being said too three worst restaurants in auburn. They are neither freaky nor fast. I have wasted a whole 12 hours for my food before. You could put literally a monkey at the wheel of the car and it would get there faster. Not only have they gotten my preset wrong on multiple occasions but they have yelled at me for claiming my order was not delivered. They claim to give your money back but this is more false then thinking we will have a good football season next year. The only reason they continue to get business is because they are open the latest. If I had a choice I would rather eat a bullet to the skull then order from here. At least it is. It as bad as chipotle and McDonald’s in auburn. They need new management or a complete remodel into a jersey mikes in my opinion.
