    My sandwich came on bread so dry and stale, seems like it’s a day or maybe even two old. Terrible quality for the price.

    During my visit on April 13, 2026 the customer service was horrible. I went to the bathroom and there was an employee coming out. I went to wash my hands and there was no soap. I went to that employee and told her there was no soap in the bathroom. She had just left the bathroom, so why didn’t she know there wasn’t soap? Evidently she did not wash her hands. She told me she would go to the back to get the soap. After waiting over five minutes, I went back and asked about the soap. They said she’d do it once they got all the online orders done. After waiting another five minutes my husband and I left. There were two employees there working so I don’t know why neither one of them would go get soap for the bathroom. This happened at there Auburn, AL location on College Street. Store #553. We will not be going back and this is the only Jimmy John’s in the area.

    3 hours later and the app is showing food delivered. No sign of delivery anywhere and no one will answer the phone in the last 2 hrs. Just hoping for a refund at this point.

    I bought from this Jimmy John’s for four years. My typical order from Jimmy Johns: Bootlegger club with cherry peppers, mayo and mustard packets in the bag. Cost: $7.00 + 2.50 tip. $9.50 for quick study food. They don’t always get it right, but it’s cheap. Now: $6.85 for the same sandwich + $2.50 delivery + tip. Cost: $11.85. You want me to pay $7 for a sandwich you get wrong half the time plus another $5 for the privilege of delivery. Good luck with that, JJ, because I’m done ordering from this place.
