- CGCullman AL Coffee GuySep 27, 20264.0We went through the drivethrough at 11am on Sunday. It was not busy. We placed our order and picked it up at the window right away. I always order my hamburger with no mayo. I don't know how Jacks does it but they always get it right without fail. Other short order restaurants just can't deal with it. The lady who took our order had a wonderful personality and just made you feel good. I have to say the Big Jack is an excellent burger especially for being shot order. The two patties are always done just right. The seasoning is perfect. The trimmings are always fresh like they are out of the garden. The bun has a very nice appearance and tastes good. Overall you just can't beat the Big Jack. The fries are also good. Yes we will be returning.

- JTJennifer ThriftSep 13, 20265.0Everyone was nice and welcoming. Food was great and fast. Elizabeth took our order and was kind and sweet. There was a home auburn football game and that made me think great it’s goons be a while and busy. It was a little busy but they were efficient and just all around the experience was fantastic.
