  I went June 28th around 6:30. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to be extra kind to them, I thought maybe they are just having a bad day. Didn’t help. Pretty much threw my food at me and rolled her eyes and walked off. Never said a word to me. I asked what was the difference in the two salsas and it really annoyed her. The cashier and the server acted like I was really bothering them by being a customer. As a fellow business owner- I would recommend cleaning house and starting over from scratch. This put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole franchise

  The food is good as always. I came to a new location by the Auburn mall and the 2 girls in here had the worst attitudes from the beginning. No greeting. I had to wait maybe 5-7 minutes before being spoken to and other than “what else”, neither lady said anything else. I think with this kind of service, no matter how good the food is, the store will not prosper. Where is the service part of customer service?!?!

  Terrible service I went to buy half an hour before they closed and they were very rude to me especially the cashier told me that if I didn't see the time that it was to hurry because they closed at 10

  I’ve been here for pickup 3 times total. The first time I was picking up kids taco meals for my son and they gave honey chipotle chicken instead of regular chicken (too spicy for a 14 month old) and only put in one taco shell when it should have had two. Thought it was a fluke and went to get another the next day because my boy really enjoys the corn and beans and I checked before leaving and everything was okay. We did an order for the whole family last night and I ordered a salad—I kid you not when we got home there’s wasn’t even a shred of lettuce in my bowl, just a ton of beans in the bottom and a ton of shredded cheese. A salad with no lettuce..? It’s one thing to mess up which chicken is in the order or even forget that a kids meal gets two tacos—but no lettuce in a salad? We’ve decided at this point just to go a different location even though it’ll be less convenient. Major order issues for 2 out of 3 orders is a bit much for me.
