- QJQuiahrah JacksonSep 21, 20261.009/21 9pm. They need to work on customer service especially the cashier. When you have a pickup or doordash order no one checks on you even when it is slow. It took forever for them to bring the food just for a responsible older worker to bring me the food telling me it had been ready for minutes.

I walk in and even though there are plenty of tortillas, toppings, etc. the woman working said “they arent doing burritos tonight because their burrito person is not working right now.“ I didn’t realize Chipotle had burrito specialists!! Then I proceed to get a bowl and they give me the scraps of the chicken left instead of waiting for fresh chicken. To top it off, they push the bag at me when it was over, saying nothing once I got to the counter to pay. Overall, I have never had a Chipotle experience that horrible and I do not recommend this location

The first time I was picking up kids taco meals for my son and they gave honey chipotle chicken instead of regular chicken (too spicy for a 14 month old) and only put in one taco shell when it should have had two. Thought it was a fluke and went to get another the next day because my boy really enjoys the corn and beans and I checked before leaving and everything was okay. We did an order for the whole family last night and I ordered a salad—I kid you not when we got home there’s wasn’t even a shred of lettuce in my bowl, just a ton of beans in the bottom and a ton of shredded cheese. A salad with no lettuce..? It’s one thing to mess up which chicken is in the order or even forget that a kids meal gets two tacos—but no lettuce in a salad? We’ve decided at this point just to go a different location even though it’ll be less convenient. Major order issues for 2 out of 3 orders is a bit much for me.
