They had 7 workers tonight and still told people you could only order online. I would've felt bad if they were clearly understaffed but they weren't and were still very rude. They left out many parts of my order. It sucks since Auburn is a college town with many students ordering chipotle. Train your staff better.

I tried to be extra kind to them, I thought maybe they are just having a bad day. Didn’t help. Pretty much threw my food at me and rolled her eyes and walked off. Never said a word to me. I asked what was the difference in the two salsas and it really annoyed her. The cashier and the server acted like I was really bothering them by being a customer. As a fellow business owner- I would recommend cleaning house and starting over from scratch. This put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole franchise

I had to wait maybe 5-7 minutes before being spoken to and other than “what else”, neither lady said anything else. I think with this kind of service, no matter how good the food is, the store will not prosper. Where is the service part of customer service?!?!
