- JRJ ReneMay 11, 20261.0It’s so crazy that with all of these bad reviews nothing is ever done to improve this location. We have given this one a try multiple times. We typically deal with poor service, out of stock items (and sometimes no plans to replenish), small Portion size sizes and attitudes when you ask for more… and pretty much everything else that has been already mentioned. We just gave it a try again on Sunday 👎🏼👎🏼 Rude manager, the meat did not taste right, Chips were stale (seems to be the norm when we go). Outdoor tables were dirty, and it took two employees one to wipe and one to walk around and supervise the other wiping tables. Why is nothing ever done about these complaints?!?!

- EEErinApr 16, 20261.0She was very rude, me and my friends asked for cheese and corn. She told us there was no more and it was just done for the night. We beleived that was true and was just accepting it, until another person of differnt skin color asked for the same things and she happily went to the back and grabbed a new batch. Once we seen that and asked questions she put a small amount in cups and slid them to us so hard they ended up falling over, and that is when she looked up and smiled at us.

App wouldn't let me return my points, so they were already spent on the chips & salsa. Picked up the order in the drive thru, and waited 10 minutes in the store to explain the situation. Gave them a QR code to scan, and they refused and said I needed a $5 purchase. I already got the bowl though. I understand it's not the locations spot specifically but this is just one of the many times I left this location unsatisfied.
