  Stood waiting at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then a grumpy little woman came up while arguing with her co-workers about not wanting to work the counter and asked us what we wanted in the most rude way possible. We asked if there was a problem and to speak with the manager, which she replied she was the manager. We left. They must hate their job.

  I ordered two roast beef and cheddar for my son. We get home there is only roast beef in the box. The young man was professional and apologized but that supervisor that was on shift was rude , she never acknowledged us or nothing she was yelling. Refusing to remake my order and fussing at the young man who apologized and she told him to clock out and go home. That supervisor was so unprofessional

  The fries were old and cold. The sodas weren't regulated correctly. The mens restroom was out of order and the entire restaurant could use a good cleaning.
