  Very clean dining service was amazing and prompt. Food is now our standard for whataburger. Got sponge bob back there slinging burgers like a pro!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly have to take a minute to write this review because my experience at Whataburger was genuinely better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the employees were friendly, and the overall experience felt like one of those fast-food visits where everything just comes together perfectly. I know people usually leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I wanted to take the time to actually recognize a good experience because good service deserves just as much attention. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the employees were. Everyone I interacted with was polite, respectful, and willing to help. Even when the restaurant was busy, they still made an effort to acknowledge customers and make sure people knew they had been seen. That might sound like something small, but when you’re going somewhere to get food, especially during a busy time of day, being greeted and treated respectfully makes a huge difference. Nobody wants to feel like they’re bothering an employee just because they came in to order something. The ordering process was also pretty smooth. My order was taken correctly, and I didn’t have to stand around wondering what was going on. I really appreciated that because one of the most frustrating things about fast food is when you order something, wait forever, and then realize something is missing or completely wrong. Thankfully, that wasn’t my experience here. Everything felt organized, and the employees seemed to actually care about getting people’s orders out correctly. And of course, the FOOD. 😭 The food was hot, fresh, and actually tasted like it had just been made. The fries were fresh, the burger was warm, and everything was put together nicely. There is a huge difference between getting food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp and getting food that was prepared fresh, and I could definitely tell the difference. The portions were also satisfying, and I left feeling like I actually got what I paid for.

  Who ever is order taker needs to be fired for the way I got spoke to over the speaker I asked what all came on a burger and she only told me half of what came on it so I told her how I wanted it and I was ensuring that mayo got substituted for mustard and when I asked again she said YES THATS WHAT SUBSTITUTE MEANS like that was not necessary at all needless too say I hope they look at there google reviews and someone reaches out otherwise I won’t be going back
