  How does a food chain refuse to put beans on your food that your buying, and then I offer to pay for a burrito with no beans and get refused and rushed? Will not be back.

  Had a really bad experience here today. 5/9/26 at about 3:30PM. My food had strange chunks and textures in it that made it essentially inedible. When I asked for a remake, the staff was extremely unprofessional and accused me of having “half-eaten” it. I had only taken 2-3 bites before realizing the quality was off and checking the rest of it. Instead of only fixing the order, the worker started arguing and even threatened to call the police over a food dispute. I see other recent reviews mentioning unprofessionalism, and it's clearly a management issue here. I won't be back.

  Dirty and very unprofessional gave our order away to someone else wanted for close to an hour workers are very lazy

  I waited a few days and, after prayerful reflection, feel obligated to write this review. **** I just deleted two paragraphs of vitriol and will offer this… The place is nasty. The employees are special (that’s the most kind way I know to say it). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  Rude staff and terrible service, every employee in there looked at me while I was standing at the counter even though I was the only customer they had, all I wanted was mild sauce and when they finally handed it to me she just threw it in the counter. The lobby was trashed and had nothing stocked in it.
