    As I sit in my truck in the drive thru I realize my hour lunch is half way over. Drive thru is full. Inside isn't.. Will never come here again for lunch.

    They were short handed. No ice in the ice machine. The air was out and it was very warm in the lobby.

    My wife brought my lunch from Arby's and i had ordered the cheese steak meal, not even 3 minutes down the road to my work and this is what I got.. by far the worse "doesn't look like the picture" sandwich I've ever had. The entire sandwich was soggy from the sauce, almost like they poured it on top. Barely any meat at all on top of the soggy bread.. it was eat this or not eat anything for my lunch.. taste was okay..
