  You sit there for 45 minutes in the drive through and then get home with cold food. Not worth the wait or money

  Extremely Filthy. We were traveling through Alabama going back home to Texas we don't have this type of restaurant chain in Texas. So that being said this is the first time we've ever been to a Jack's. The floor is so slippery from cooling oil. Walking around very slippery almost slipped several times. I've worked in the restaurant industry and it can be cleaned where it's not this bad. Bathroom has not been cleaned in a while. Shit spray was in both toilets no toilet paper. Smelled like someone just smoked pot. Every table in the dining room dirty. Tables have not been cleaned or wiped down. Our order was pretty simply but was not correct. The employees wanted to Hoot & hollering really loud. We decided to just leave. Couldn't get pass how dirty the food might be since the restaurant was very FILTHY! I personally wasn't able to stomach the idea eating there. Heath Dept needs to do a check on this location ASAP.

  I ordered through the drive thru at the start of lunch . I had no problem waiting on my food which went from 12 min to cook to 20 min ,had to get out go inside only to find out the cook is outside hanging out with his girl .front drive thru worker had to go out and get him .waited another 5-6 minutes for him to fix my order only to get home no sauce on my wings . went back up there another person was cooking and she remade my order as it should have been .

  I wish I could give them 0 stars . I sent my husband this morning for pancakes and double bacon. He returned with some microwave pancakes stuck together and very small like mini pancaked and the bacon was not even cooked all the way . So apparently they ran out of pancakes that the usually have and went across the street to walmart and bought the cheapest microwave pancakes that the could find and serving them to guest and charging the same price. I eat these pancakes at least twice a week and know the difference . The pancakes were small, over microwaved and no taste at all . Its a shame when you spend your hard earned money and get such lousy service from these restaurants. Also I called the restaurant 3 times and the phone just rings and no one answers. I am sure they knew people are calling because of those pancakes . I am at work so I cannot go back at this time , however I expect a full refund when I do get in touch with someone . Cause why not just say that you are out of pancakes until you get the correct product in. Why charge a guest for 3 microwave pancakes the price that you paid for a bag of 24 . Atrocious
