  The first screen we pulled up to didn't work, and at the next one we were told to take the drive thru instead. Alright, whatever. We waited entirely too long in the drive thru before having our order taken. Specifically, we ordered a hot dog with no onions. After waiting even longer to get the food, we finally start eating, and guess what? The onions were there, but hidden under the relish. You should be lucky it's a preference and not an allergy, otherwise it would be a lawsuit and not a poor review.

  Took 20 min to get pre-ordered food, drink very flat, food cold, forgot half my order, after waiting 5 minutes for the rest and I just left. This sonic is horrible. Workers to busy talking and laughing to bring your food out, watching it sit on the counter.

  Omg...my order was completely wrong! I ordered a smash burger combo with no special sauce. My burger had enough sauce for 3 burgers. And the vegetables were so wet from the amount of sauce until they were soggy! This is ridiculous my food was cold and my tots were smashed together like they had been cooked earlier in the day. I'm so disgusted! I will just stick with the slushes because whomever fixed my food clearly don't care what they are serving the public!

  Was recently there and ordered the new Banana Pudding Milkshake. Got to the window and I was give the cream slush, I mentioned to the drive thru employee (she was probably in her late 30s with a bun on top of her head) and she was extremely rude by saying “the cream slush doesn’t come with whipped cream” I proceeded to remind her that I did not order the cream slush but the milkshake. She snatched it and rolled her eyes and proceeded to still give me back cream slush just with whipped cream on top. I don’t care that it’s a run down fast food restaurant but you should not be rude to customers when you get the order wrong and still give back the same thing but “fixed”.

  This place is a joke. Waited 30 mins for my order that I placed ahead on app. They brought me the wrong order. The guy had to to go back inside 3 times to get my order right. He obviously did not check the receipt to make sure he had everything right. Second time he came out I showed him the receipt on top of my electronic receipt from the Sonic app. He was clearly embarrassed and upset. The third time he finally got my order right and apologized. He said "everyone was inside just f...ing around, including management."
