  I’m kind of at my end with Sonic. I do not understand how you can keep getting orders wrong. I asked for extra candy in a Blast. And they NEVER get it right. I even told them tonight “last time they cheated me on candy, so please get the extra right.” She confirmed they would. I just got home to enjoy and the same thing. I just don’t get it. I love Sonic food but am really done with this particular one.

  I dont know why but me and my fiance wanted sonic right so we fo to order but the lady gets mad tells him to speak up when he asked me jus one question and he said hold up and then she was like ok wtv jus press the button when ur ready in a very rude way and that was not ok ive worked at many fast food restaurants and thats not how u talk to a customer and I will be getting ahold of a manger because that was childish thats not ok so who ever she is which I will try to find out I will be telling her boss because ive never had someone so rude at sonics and now I did and that was very rude

  The person taking the order wouldnt hush long enough for me to give my order and they had major attitude. Took forever to get our food and we were only ones there. Could not eat the tots as they were hard as a rock. We had orings and tots and i asked for ketchup and we got 3 pks only. Anyway worst food n service ever. We will not be back!

  Placed a mobile order at 7:42pm for just 2 sweet teas... waited 20 minutes and still had not received our order. Drive through was moving through consistently. We watched 2 other cars in the drive in leave without getting food.

  The reason for low stars. Their ordering systems outside were most not working or any at the stalls. I ordered online, checked in on my phone. After awhile no one came. So I pushed the red button, no one ever answered after awhile, so I called inside. But I gave 5 stars for the staff, the food and the carhop for all being great. Just some technical issues maybe.
