  Hands down this has got to be the slowest McDonald's in America and the kids working the window they have the worst attitudes I sat in line from 10:15 to 10:40 I had ordered breakfast by the time I got to the speaker please understand that was only three cars in front of me but they told me that they could not feel my order and I did refund me my money which I appreciate because there was a time before that where I said in line for 45 minutes and I only got part of my order because I was doing waiting they refunded my money but the lady at the window had a attitude about it as if I had done something to her so this particular location personally I'm done with unless you have an hour or two to waste standing in line inside which I've also done or sitting in their drive-thru just don't go I won't be going anymore

  They removed the fountain drinks, napkins and condiments from the diningroom. This forces you to get back in line for simple things, causing unacceptable delays. The dining room is already slow to begin with. Unfairly penalizes the customer & the employees.

  Half the food was lukewarm. We waited 25 minutes for 2 orders of chicken strips and a kids nugget meal. Tables were dirty. One member of staff announced loudly on 3 separate occasions that he has to use the bathroom. This place needs some direction.

  I'll never come here again. The visit today 4/23 made it the last straw. I preorder my food for the drive thru, which they never answered me. I was in lane two, and I got to watch 5 people go by in the first lane. I go inside to see if I can't get it that way, but no...the guy at the register told me they were working in it, then he walked off. The entire lobby emptied before a nice lady asked if I had been helped. I told her I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes, and now in the lobby for another 15. She told me my order was gone...and now I know it wasn't her fault, and I may apologize for my outburst. She wanted to make it right, but I had no time left to wait. CA39 was my order number
