  Horrible service n it's Saturday morning at 10 am and you're not staffed? Fire the manager and the area/regional manager for not staff.. I've been in the drive thru for 15 minutes and have not moved. GET STAFFED FOR PEAK TIMES AND PULL THEM UP AND BRING IT OUT TO THEN FOR BIG ORDERS! THIS IS RIDICULOUS... 20 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU AND HAVE JUST NOW GOT TO MOVE UP AND PLACE ORDER.. NOW JUST SITTING AGAIN

  Just a plain sausage biscuit over four dollars for this little nothing. Not busy at all, but had to sit at the drive-through and wait for them to come to the intercom. They don’t speak loud enough so you can hear them. God forbid if someone’s hearing was worse than mine is and you get up to the window and their energy is just dull. I understand at 6:45 in the morning, but come on now you’re at your job providing customer service and food for people do better jacks teacher employees to do better. Oh, btw SOGGY BISCUIT EXPECT THE EDGES WERE EXTREMELY HARD DO BETTER! I will pay more money for a good biscuit. I didn’t even see it on the menu so I just ordered a sausage biscuit only had no idea how much it was and now I know.. I will stick to the jacks on 31

  Congratulations Jacks, you finally got my order correct. I have visited 4 different locations of Jack's Family Restaurants and all 4 got my order wrong, oh and let's not forget, one location gave me a little extra treat, a long black hair.GROSS! Well I avoided them for about a year, but decided to give them one last try. They finally got my complete order correct with no extras and great pleasant service.🌟🏆
