  That girl with glasses and long hair that be in the drive thru- she’s so rude and ALWAYS without fail gives the wrong order. Literally every time we’ve been. Chipotle needs better customer service.

  Theu served us old food. The beans and and more importantly the chicken were so dried out and rock hard it was inedible. No one answers the phone when you call to speak with a team member to get the order fixed. Do not patronize this location. This is unacceptable to be serving old dried out food to anyone. Deserves zero stars.

  Went in at 6:45 (they close at 10) they had no chicken, white or brown rice, no queso, sour cream or brown beans. When asked if they were going to get/have more they said let me check the drive through window. 6 workers standing doing nothing. Also ordered a quesadilla and it had no cheese. Went a month ago at 11:15 (they open at 10:45) and they had nothing ready. Every worker just stared at me and another person when we asked when the food would be ready. They said 12:00. Won’t be back for awhile!

  Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Upon entrance, the tables and floors were visibly dirty with crumbs and smears of dried food. The prep area and floors were covered in bits and splashes of everything. Most notably, the flat top was not scraped down before sitting idle, so bits of food were scorching on it as it sat. The bathroom was dirty and had no paper towels for drying hands. The food was a disappointment. The tortillas were very over-mixed and very undercooked, making them taste like stale, chewy flour. They were out of guacamole, which is one of their draws. The queso was congealed, flavorless, and greasy. The chips were very stale. The drink cooler had very, very few drinks and only a couple of varieties. The portions were large but not enjoyable, leaving us with quite a bit of wasted food as we just could not eat it.

  Today the service was terrible, they were scraping the bottom of pans to try to have enough to make an order. The steak was fat every other bite of what accumulated half an order. Even the rice was limited. But let me tell you about the sour cream, enough to make a bowl a soup bowl. I should have left and would have had I had enough time before going in to work. The dining area inside and out was filthy. I could only imagine the type of business this place could have being properly managed. May I add also, they weren’t busy at this time so no excuse for lack of prepared food.
