- ACAnna ChappelleSep 19, 20261.0This location in Asheville, Alabama is a biohazard. While my husband placed our order at the drive thru, I went in to use the restroom. There was diarrhea everywhere. And overall both bathrooms were filthy, according to my husband’s experience. I immediately walked out. While walking through the restaurant I noticed that it was filthy as well. We left without getting our order. No way I would allow anyone from this place prepare my food.
- MDMarie DeanSep 18, 20263.0I give the food a five. Never had any problems with Jack's. Service was slow in the drive through. Atmosphere was ridiculous, had to repeat order more than once and then they repeated it back to us about 10 times. Only for 4 milkshakes and a boat of fries.
