  It’s been years since I have eaten due to continuous poor visits, but I decided to give it a try again last month and have been back 2-3 times a week. So happy to see it getting back to what is was years ago! Great LTO choices

  Service at front counter terrible. Three kids working set my food to go dawn and never called it out. Too busy talking to each other. I finally asked and they said they guessed it was mine

  Went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a large tea. These were the BEST chicken biscuits we’ve had in a LONG time. I stop on the way to work at a Jacks in Cullman county but I may start going out of my way and coming to Arab. The biscuits were fluffy and not over cooked. The chicken was hot and fresh. The lady at the window was friendly and the food was give to us quickly.

  Workers need to practice cleanliness!! The past two times I’ve been in here to eat, workers were sneezing everywhere. Then were using the bathroom and employee walked right out and didn’t wash hands.

  Dont use app they wont make your food on time, they will.focus drive thru and disregard your order. You will habe to wait 20-30 Mims extra for your food. Ordered 4 wraps and fries, order on app drove up there and had to wait, while watching them peoceed to focus drive thru after 4-5 cars got there food I had to go in to get mine. Wouldn't recommend you waste.your time with this store. At least at dinner time. I wish I could give zero stars also Wraps are a scam dont even get a full strip.
