  I came in at 6:09 after a long day working outside. I did not have time to go home and make food so I figured I would swing in and pick up my wife and the kids some Arby's. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up I ordered two sandwiches a large french fry and some chicken tenders. I was handed my food and assured everything was as it should be so I drove home and started to unpack the food only to realize that the chicken tenders which were for my children were missing. This is not the first time I've had this issue with Arby's so I opted to go back to the store instead of marking it up as a loss this time. I went in and kindly asked for a remake on my order as in the process of going home and then returning everything had gotten cold. The young lady at the counter went to the back of the store to tell the manager what I had requested to which the manager proceeded to curse about how she wasn't going to make brand new food when she already had made the food and that if I was missing chicken tenders then chicken tenders was what I was going to get. After some amount of going back and forth with this manager I determined they were not going to remake the food nor were they going to give me a refund so I asked for the district manager's phone number which I never got. Instead the store manager came out and proceeded to tell me how he was going to give me a couple of milkshakes to make it right and send me on my way to which I responded with what am I supposed to feed my family because I definitely can't feed them cold fast food. I ended up just taking my receipt and leaving the building. I was refused a remake on my order and I was refused a refund. I will be contacting upper management and take it straight to corporate if I need to. I own a local business and I would never think to operate the way that this business does nor would I ever interact with the community in such a manner. I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of empathetic service. You might have the meats but you definitely don't have the courtesy.

  Someone cursed me for getting too many mozzarella sticks orders in my younger years; so that now, when buying them for others, they are always forgotten. When the curse is lifted, I will raise my stars! Also, I’m sure it’s a corporate thing, but please bring back the OG bread for the French dips. 🙏🏼

  Food was priced reasonably tasted good was little bit hard eat without teeth but was delicious
