Every time I come here they make me pull forward then back up then pull around and bring the food out. No other Taco Bell does that. They cheat their drive through time and it negatively affects the customers. The food is hit or miss, but the drive through game they make you play is exhausting.

Food was not up to par as other restaurants. I ordered supreme tacos and only one had sour cream. The taco pizza was not loaded with ingredients like I get at other Taco Bells. Maybe it was just an off day for the restaurant. The inside has been remodeled and looked nice. Service was also very good. Such a shame the food wasn't up tobpar.

The girl in the drive through has the worst attitude. My boyfriend’s drink was supposed to be a large so she took it back dumped the medium drink into a large cup made a whole mess. Then I went inside to get the food, and I saw her throwing around bags. If you dont want to be at work then don’t go especially if your gonna have a attitude and horrible customer service👎🏼👎🏼

If I could give this place 1 million stars I would. They are the only fast food restaurant in Calhoun County that one will smile and acts like they care about their job and their customers. And 2 order is always correct and fresh. I don’t normally eat at Taco Bell often, but I have been the past few months and it has been consistently super friendly, super fast and fresh. So now this is my almost daily go to for lunch because of the friendly service.

I haven't been in a while, decided to go today. Got a taco, burrito, mexican pizza, fries and the delight bites. Mobile order in the drive-thru, the guy at the speaker started complaining to me "next time you have an order this big, come inside, ill do you a favor and take care of it this time." Its not a big order, only one thing had anything special, ive had bigger more complex orders before and its never been a problem. When I got to the window, he just glared at me, actively looking pissed. I waited a few minutes and got the food, and only the burrito (specialty requests on it) was warm, the rest of the food was so cold that it was completly inedible there was zero sauce in the bag, even though i put it on the app. He obviously just wanted me to get out of the line because he was more worried about drive time than actually giving the customer what they paid for. Ive had issues before and other times they are decent. That is my last time ever going to that place.
