I had a horrible day earlier this week and wanted to avoid cooking - figured I'd order a pizza. I placed my normal order and the driver showed up about 45 minutes later. She handed me two boxes (I ordered one pizza) so I asked it she was sure it was mine. She said yes and began to leave. The boxes had a different address/order so I chased her down to give them back. Another 45 minutes later another driver showed up. When I opened that box, it was my order but the ingredients were wrong. I called the store and was told it would be quite some time before another delivery could be made so I offered to come pick it up. It's a 30 minute round trip, but I just wanted to eat. A few minutes after I got there they handed me the pizza. I opened it and it was still incorrect. There were no apologies, the person at the register just told the cook to make another. At this point it had already been over two hours since my order so I asked for a refund. No one seemed to care about all the trouble. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show. I order from this store quite often but won't be in the future. I know mistakes are made and I was polite and understanding with the first two calls but 3 wrong pizzas with no apologies or concern (which is my primary complaint) is hard to overlook.
