  I had a disappointing experience at this location today. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, no one greeted me for quite a while. After I finally said hello, the employee took my order with very little communication and came across as dismissive. At the window, I tried complimenting the employee’s nails and was completely ignored. The bigger issue was the food quality. After paying $26.16 for our meal, we pulled into the parking lot and found that both the mac and cheese and my husband’s sandwich were cold. Between the poor customer service and the cold food, the experience did not match what I would expect for the price. I hope management addresses both the service and food quality issues.

  Order two Rubens through the app. Get to the drive thru, some old lady is standing next to the speaker speaking for the customers...weird but ok. Get to the window...its like we never discussed the order before and manager is rude from go. We asked for extra sauce packs he gave us on of each we asked for a few more he slammed one more of each into the bag then slammed the window closed. Sandwiches were cold...ugh not exactly professional service.

  Went in for lunch. Only 2 employees working.but they were working hard. Didn't have to wait very long to get food. The 2 working was doing good job
