We spent $68 on our meal. After receiving our drinks and sitting down, another employee abruptly informed us 15 minutes later that the dining room was closed and we had to leave.Because we had driven 45 minutes to dine at your restaurant, we were forced to eat in our vehicle. The parking lot was dark and located in an unfamiliar area. This created an unnecessary safety risk for the two women in my party.When I went back inside to speak with the Store Manager, Johnie, she confirmed that dine-in was supposed to be open until 12:30 AM. However, she stated she had sent the waitstaff home at 8:00 PM because business was slow. While Johnie eventually allowed us to finish our meal inside after I protested, her staff's initial delivery of the news was incredibly rude. Furthermore, when we finished eating, there was no trash receptacle available in the dining room, forcing us to take our garbage with us.Closing the dining room 4.5 hours early every night cuts out 34 hours of weekly service meant for paying customers. This practice directly hurts corporate revenue and drives away non-local patrons who rely on your published hours. I hope regional management looks into this specific location to ensure official operating hours are strictly enforced and staff hospitality is corrected.I look forward to your response regarding how this will be addressed.
